ConvertKit
Lemon Squeezy's ConvertKit integration allows you to connect your store to ConvertKit's email and marketing platform.
How it works
Our integration lets you send new customers to your ConvertKit account.
The integration runs in the background and will add all new customers to your ConvertKit account automatically.
This integration is a great way of using ConvertKit to send campaigns and automated email sequences to your Lemon Squeezy customers.
Currently, the integration is a one-way sync, meaning Lemon Squeezy sends data to ConvertKit but ConvertKit does not send data back to Lemon Squeezy.
When Lemon Squeezy adds a customer in ConvertKit the following data is sent:
- Email address
- First name
Note that any existing customers in Lemon Squeezy when you set up the integration will not be sent to ConvertKit. The sync will only trigger for new customers added after you create the integration.
Set up a ConvertKit integration
1. Create a form
The first thing you need to do is make sure you have at least one form created in ConvertKit, which you can do from Landing Pages & Forms.
2. Copy your API key
You will need to copy your ConvertKit API key, which you can find on the Settings > Advanced page in your ConvertKit account.
3. Connect
Head to Settings > Integrations in your Lemon Squeezy account and click the ConvertKit Settings button.
Paste in your ConvertKit API key.
Then select your ConvertKit form.
Click "Connect your ConvertKit account" and the integration is all set up!
Disconnect ConvertKit
If at any time you would like to disconnect ConvertKit from your Lemon Squeezy store, simply head to the Integrations page, click the ConvertKit Settings button and you will see an option to disconnect your account.
