Customers

  • Customers can generate their own PDF invoice for an order via the My Orders page.
  • Customers can generate invoices for subscription payments from the Billing history section of the Customer Portal, if used by your store.

Merchants

  • Merchants can generate invoices for customer orders at any time via the action menu on the Store » Orders page.
  • Invoices can also be generated by merchants for individual subscription payments from a subscription’s Billing History section.
